Double 13
I tend a flame for Brighid on the 13th of 20 shifts. Today is the 13th. (Read more about flamekeeping here.) I light a flame as close to sundown as possible and then keep the flame going as close to the next day's sundown as possible.
Today is especially dear to me because we publish the Rites of Passage Issue of Cross Quarterly!
